While Casper’s Cherokee, a well-loved Eagan landmark, celebrates a kind of rebirth, the restaurant’s menu, moderate prices and friendly service remain top priorities. Family owned and operated, owner Rick Casper says “We continue to be committed to serving high quality food at reasonable prices. It is not a cookie-cutter restaurant.”
After a seven-month hiatus due to a fire, Casper’s Cherokee in Eagan has reopened with a revamped menu, a restored bar, revved up décor, and a renewed spirit. Oh, and let’s not forget to mention the new weekday Express Lunch specials, Saturday and Sunday breakfasts and weekend Bloody Mary bar.
